All accountants and professionals listed on NomadFindr are independent service providers. NomadFindr does not employ, represent, mandate, or act as agent for any listed professional. No employment relationship, agency, partnership, or joint venture exists between NomadFindr and any listed accountant. Any contractual relationship is formed directly and exclusively between the visitor and the professional, independently of NomadFindr.
Professional accreditation - no verification
NomadFindr does not verify, and makes no representation regarding, any listed professional's membership of or compliance with any professional regulatory body, including the Ordem dos Contabilistas Certificados (OCC) in Portugal or the Ordre des Experts-Comptables in France. Visitors are solely responsible for independently verifying the professional qualifications, licences, and regulatory status of any accountant before engaging their services.
Verify before engaging
Before engaging any professional found through NomadFindr, independently verify their credentials, professional licences, scope of services, fee structures, and any legal or tax implications specific to your situation. NomadFindr provides no warranty as to the suitability of any listed professional for any particular purpose.
Accuracy of listed information
Listed professionals are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and currency of their profile information. NomadFindr does not guarantee that any information published in a listing - including services offered, fees, languages spoken, or contact details - is accurate, complete, or up to date. NomadFindr accepts no liability for loss or damage resulting from reliance on inaccurate or outdated listing information.
Contact request routing
When you submit a contact request on NomadFindr, your name, email address, and message are transmitted to the accountant you selected, on the basis of your explicit consent at the time of submission. NomadFindr acts as a technical intermediary for this transmission only and is not a party to any subsequent communication or engagement. The accountant who receives your data is an independent data controller for that data.
Verification badge scope
NomadFindr verification badges are editorial signals based on publicly available information including identity consistency, online presence, and contactability. They are not professional certifications, regulatory approvals, quality guarantees, or endorsements. A verification badge does not imply OCC registration or any official accreditation. Visitors must not rely on a verification badge as a substitute for independent due diligence.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NomadFindr's liability to any visitor (who uses the platform free of charge) is limited to cases of NomadFindr's own fraud or gross negligence causing direct, proven damages.
