Terms governing access to and use of the NomadFindr directory and lead routing service by accountant subscribers.

Service and parties
NomadFindr (operated by Julab / Julien Bourgeois, 94 Boulevard de la Marquette, 31000 Toulouse, France, SIRET 93281584500014) is a professional directory connecting visitors with accounting professionals in Portugal. These Terms govern the B2B subscription service provided to accountant providers ("Providers"). Use of NomadFindr by Providers constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Definitions: "Provider" - a subscribing accountant or accounting firm; "Visitor" - a user browsing the directory; "Lead" - a contact request routed to a Provider; "Listing" - a Provider's public profile.
Visitor use
Visitors may browse the directory and submit contact requests at no charge. By submitting a request, a Visitor explicitly consents to NomadFindr transmitting their name, email address, and message to the selected Provider. NomadFindr is not a party to any subsequent engagement between the Visitor and the Provider. Visitors must not submit false, misleading, or abusive requests.
Provider eligibility
Providers must be professionals or legal entities lawfully authorised to offer accounting, tax, or related financial advisory services in their operating jurisdictions. By registering, Providers warrant that their profile information is accurate and not misleading, and that they hold any professional qualifications required by competent authorities - including, for Portugal, registration with the Ordem dos Contabilistas Certificados (OCC). NomadFindr may remove any listing found to be inaccurate, misleading, or in breach of these Terms without prior notice.
Free trial
New Provider accounts receive a free trial period as communicated at registration. All premium features are available during the trial at no charge. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, access to provider features is suspended until the Provider subscribes to a paid plan. NomadFindr will send a reminder email before the trial end date. If a Provider subscribes before the trial period ends, any remaining trial days are applied to the first billing cycle.
Subscription and billing
The premium subscription is billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Payment is by credit or debit card. A VAT-compliant invoice is issued each billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. NomadFindr will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price change, effective at the next renewal following the notice period. Late payments may incur statutory interest under Art. L.441-10 of the French Commercial Code.
Cancellation and refunds
Providers may cancel at any time via the billing portal accessible from their account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the Listing remains visible until that date. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. No pro-rata refund is issued for unused days. If a Provider fails to cancel before the free trial converts to a paid subscription, no refund is available for that first billing period unless the Provider contacts NomadFindr within 48 hours of the charge.
Acceptable use
Providers must not: publish false or misleading professional credentials; offer services they are not licensed to provide; use Lead data for any purpose other than responding to the specific request received; add Lead contacts to marketing lists without separate, explicit consent from those individuals; engage in spam, automated scraping, or any activity that disrupts the platform or harms other users. Breach of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension and termination.
Lead routing
When a Visitor submits a contact request, NomadFindr routes it to the selected Provider by transmitting the Visitor's name, email address, and message. This transmission is made on the basis of the Visitor's explicit consent given at submission. NomadFindr records this routing event for audit and quality purposes. Providers acknowledge receipt of Leads and commit to responding in good faith.
Provider data protection obligations
Providers who receive Lead data via NomadFindr are independent data controllers for that data under the GDPR. Providers must: handle Lead data in compliance with the GDPR and applicable data protection law; use Lead data solely to respond to the specific contact request received; not retain Lead data beyond what is necessary for that purpose; not add Lead contacts to marketing campaigns without separate, freely given, specific, and informed consent; and provide Leads with a means to exercise their data subject rights. By accepting these Terms, Providers confirm compliance with these obligations.
Verification badges
NomadFindr's verification badges are editorial indicators based on a review of publicly available information including identity consistency, online presence, and contactability. They do not constitute certification, professional accreditation, regulatory approval, or any warranty of service quality. Providers must not represent a NomadFindr badge as official accreditation or regulatory certification of any kind.
Service availability
NomadFindr provides the platform on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. NomadFindr does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and is not liable for service interruptions caused by infrastructure providers (Vercel, Neon, Stripe), planned maintenance, or events outside its reasonable control. Planned maintenance will be communicated with advance notice where practicable.
Intellectual property
The NomadFindr platform, including its code, design, branding, and content, is the property of Julab / Julien Bourgeois. Providers retain ownership of their own profile content. By publishing a Listing, Providers grant NomadFindr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and index their profile data for the purpose of operating the directory. This licence terminates when the Listing is removed from the platform.
Suspension and termination
NomadFindr may suspend a Provider account immediately and without notice for: fraudulent or misleading profile content; breach of GDPR obligations; platform abuse; or non-payment following a grace period. NomadFindr may terminate with 30 days' notice for material, uncured breach of these Terms. Providers may terminate at any time via the billing portal. On termination: the Listing is removed from public display; outstanding amounts become immediately payable; data is retained and deleted per the Privacy Policy schedule.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NomadFindr's total liability to a Provider is limited to the subscription fees paid by that Provider in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. NomadFindr is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, loss of clientele, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. NomadFindr is not liable for the quality, suitability, or outcome of services delivered by listed Providers to Visitors. This limitation does not apply to fraud or gross negligence (dol ou faute lourde).
Force majeure
NomadFindr is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government orders, infrastructure outages (Vercel, Neon, Stripe), cyberattacks, or acts of third parties. NomadFindr will use reasonable efforts to notify affected Providers and restore the service as soon as practicable.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Toulouse, France. For Providers established outside France, the parties acknowledge the validity of this choice of law and jurisdiction under Regulation (EU) 593/2008 (Rome I) and Regulation (EU) 1215/2012 (Brussels I Recast) as a freely negotiated B2B agreement.
Modifications
NomadFindr may modify these Terms from time to time. Material modifications will be notified by email and in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If a Provider does not accept a modification, they may cancel their subscription before the effective date without penalty.
